Registration Process

• Applications must be submitted online.


• There is no hard-copy application form available.


• A confirmation email with an application number will be sent upon successful submission.

• International applicants must pay a fee of 300,000 IDR


• Payments are made online using Transfer Bank


• The proof of payment must be uploaded to the provided confirmation link.

• Submit the Uji Kemahiran Berbahasa Indonesia (UKBI) certificate as part of the mandatory qualifying criteria for admission into the UNIGORO Undergraduate Programme


• Upload required documents (Passport/ID and High School certificates) to the portal.


• Documents must be scanned in original color and saved as PDF


• All pages of a single document must be saved in one file, not exceeding 5MB.


• Applicants must click the 'Confirm' button to declare the upload complete; only complete applications are processed.

• Students are required to take and pass the Psychological Test to continue their studies.
